Work directly under our Operations Manager, learning how bids are built from the ground up. Prepare quantity takeoffs from construction plans, gather pricing from subcontractors and suppliers, and help assemble complete bid packages. No prior estimating experience required — we're willing to train the right person. Strong attention to detail and solid math skills matter most. Any exposure to construction is a plus.

Full-Time · Office · Plymouth, NCRun dozers, excavators, loaders, and skid steers on grading, clearing, and site development projects. Experience operating heavy equipment preferred; we'll consider the right person willing to learn.

Full-Time · FieldHaul equipment and materials to and from job sites across eastern North Carolina. Valid CDL and a clean driving record required. Dump truck and lowboy experience a plus.
